2020 Report: The Future of Total Rewards in Aged Care
This study explores the role of Total Rewards in solving the aged care sector’s well documented attraction, retention, qualification and quality of care challenges over the next five years.
It was inspired by conversations with HR leaders in the aged care sector and by a 2018 report by the Aged Care Workforce Taskforce, which highlighted multiple pressure points affecting the sector’s ability to ensure an ongoing, sufficient supply of experienced, stable and suitably qualified workers.
This report reveals HR leaders’ diverse views about how the sector can use Total Rewards to assist in addressing the 14 strategic actions recommended by the Taskforce to meet its workforce and quality of care challenges.
